MUSCLE MILK protein is a blend of 32g of quick and slow releasing proteins that help aid in recovery after a workout and help maintain protein throughout the day. MUSCLE MILK protein is NSF Certified, which are the only products recommended and provided by MLB, NHL, CFL, and recommended by NFL organizations. The NSF certification means that products do not contain any of the over 270+ banned substances by major athletic organizations, and the contents of the supplement match what is printed on the label. MUSCLE MILK protein may be consumed at any time of day or night to aid in recovery after a workout or to be used as a healthy snack alternative. MUSCLE MILK is gluten and soy free, and low in sugar.
Directions
MUSCLE MILK Protein Powder can be used either before or after workouts, for a snack, or prior to bedtime. Mix 2 scoops MUSCLE MILK Protein Powder into 8 fluid-ounces water for a great tasting shake. You can also add MUSCLE MILK Protein Powder to pancakes, smoothies or other recipes to increase the protein content.
